How Interfisc Group deals with the Corona virus

How Interfisc Group deals with the Corona virus

Since the start of the Corona crisis, we have informed you about possible precautions you can take as an employer. Our website has been expanded with answers to frequently asked questions and it also includes the financial emergency measures for employers in the Netherlands and the surrounding countries. This information is still regularly updated.

Of course we have taken some measures of our own to prepare us for the consequences of the Corona virus. Amongst others we follow the official guidelines of the national Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). For clarity’s sake we have listed some consequences that this may have for meetings with our clients, other visitors to our offices and for reaching us.

Reaching Interfisc

All our employees are asked to stay at home when they have symptoms of flu or a cold. This is in line with the official guidelines of the RIVM. In addition, we follow the appeal from the Dutch Government, which was again announced during a press conference on May 6., to work from home as much as possible. All our employees are technically able to do so and can also be reached when working at home. Per e-mail via the regular e-mailaddress, known to you and per telephone (sometimes through our reception).

Questions about the Corona virus

All our departments have internally agreed how to spread the workload, in order to make sure that our services can be provided on a continuous basis, and that you will always be able to reach us.

Due to the Corona virus we are currently inundated with questions about matters such as sick notifications, continuous payment of wage and working at home, the waiting time at our reception answering the telephone may be longer than usual. We therefore offer the following alternatives:

  • Consult our website, which is regulargly updated with new information
  • Send your question to the regular e-mail address that you know
  • Use the contactform on our website
    • For asking a question
    • For sending us a callback request
We will make sure that the right person will contact or call you as soon as possible.

Meetings

For the time being no physical meetings will be planned. Neither in our offices, nor on other locations. Meetings that were already planned will be cancelled or changed into a skype or other online meeting or (conference) call.

Finally

We hope for your understanding and cooperation in these times, that are difficult for everyone. Quite a lot is coming our way. Many questions that can not yet be answered, working from home and only being able to work together online or by telephone. We hope that the crisis will not affect you too hard, nor your company or yourself and your family, and that we will be able to continue working together as usual, in a while. You can of course expect from us to support you as much as we possibly can in taking the right measures when it comes to your staff.
