The Netherlands has an inviting business climate for your company
The country’s infrastructure is outstanding. While we do have our share of traffic jams, the road network is well-maintained, and roadworks are always efficient.
The working population is well-trained (and, on average, highly educated), and for the most part speaks not only Dutch but at least one and perhaps even two other languages.
It’s a small country, but its infrastructure and the highly educated labour market make it particularly interesting as a place for enterprise, and especially for multinationals to try out new products and concepts.
The Netherlands also wants to stay attractive from a tax standpoint
Corporation tax comes in two brackets, a 20% and a 25% bracket. The bracket for the first covers income from € 0 to € 200,000, but the first bracket is being gradually raised, to €250,000 in 2018, € 300,000 in 2020, and ultimately € 350 in 2021. The fees remain the same.

Likewise, the minimum capital requirement of €18,000 required to establish a company has been lowered in recent years by a dramatic amount: €0.01. Of course, a contribution in the form of capital in kind is also possible.
