Privacy statement Interfisc
Interfisc Group provides services in the field of international HR & Payroll, operating in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.
We work for employers from all over the world that have employees in one or more of our operating countries and do not have sufficient internal knowledge of such countries’ employer issues. We serve as their external HR and Payroll department, multi-country, offering various solutions for their employer obligations, leaving them free to run their business:
a. Payrolling & leave accounting
b. Insurance & employee benefits
c. Sick leave assistance & prevention
d. Business facilities (company car & telecom)
e. Legal & tax advice (labour law, setting up a foreign branch, tax optimisation for cross-border workers, expats)
In the context of these services, the various operating companies that are part of Interfisc Group (hereafter referred to as: Interfisc) collect and process various private data regarding employees and the employers.

Our Arbodienst (Occupational Health Service), Interfisc-Arbo BV, applies specific privacy rules regarding safety , health, sick leave and prevention.
